By accessing our website, web applications, QR-code menus, third-party ordering integrations (including Swiggy, Zomato, and WhatsApp ordering), or by physically visiting Dilli Wali Rangat at Sohna, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our platforms or services.
A. Order Placement & Payment Modes
We accept multiple payment options including Direct Web/App Prepaid (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking), Third-Party Aggregator Payments, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible delivery zones.
All prices listed on our physical menus, website, or digital portals are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise.
B. Order Cancellations & Refunds
7-Minute Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel direct online or delivery orders within seven (7) minutes of order placement.
Non-Refundable Kitchen Phase: Once the 7-minute grace period has passed and the kitchen has commenced food preparation, orders become 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Any refusal to accept a COD order after the 7-minute preparation threshold may lead to the blacklisting of the user’s mobile number and delivery address from future orders across our platforms.
Advance Booking Deposit: A mandatory 25% advance deposit of the estimated billing amount is required to confirm and lock the booking date for our 50-pax private hall or catering setups.
Non-Refundable Policy: The 25% advance booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of a cancellation or no-show by the host.
Settlement of Dues: The remaining 75% balance, alongside any incremental menu add-ons or overtime charges, must be cleared in full immediately upon the conclusion of the event.
No Outside Food or Alcohol (No BYOB): Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or personal celebration cakes are strictly prohibited inside the restaurant premises, outdoor dining areas, and the private event hall.
Takeaway & Leftover Packaging: We pack leftover food from items ordered at your table upon request. Once takeaway food leaves our kitchen and premises, Enlargenet / Dilli Wali Rangat disclaims all liability regarding the temperature, handling, storage, or spoilage of perishable food items consumed at a later time.
Parental & Guardian Responsibility: The Kids Play Corner is provided solely as a recreational amenity. Parents and legal guardians retain 100% full liability and responsibility for supervising their children at all times.
Mandatory Adult Supervision: An adult companion must remain physically present alongside their child/children in or around the play area.
Waiver of Liability: Enlargenet and its staff carry no liability for minor injuries, slips, falls, or accidental mishaps resulting from unmonitored play or improper use of equipment.
Guests and event hosts are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward staff and restaurant property.
Damage Liability: Except for standard operational wear and tear, any physical damage caused to the premises, furniture, lighting fixtures, sound equipment, or cutlery by guests (or attendees of a private booking) will be directly billed to and recovered from the event host or individual responsible.
CCTV & Promotional Capture: The premises are under 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. Additionally, the management reserves the right to capture high-quality ambient photographs and videos inside the dining rooms, live kitchen setups, and private hall events.
Marketing Usage: By entering the premises or attending an event at Dilli Wali Rangat, guests consent to the non-exclusive use of such imagery for promotional ads, social media channels, print marketing, and website media across digital and non-digital platforms.
Opt-Out: Guests or hosts who wish to opt out of promotional photography must notify the restaurant manager on-site prior to the start of their visit or event.
All brand collateral, logo artwork, website design, text content, menus, custom food photographs, and promotional materials associated with Dilli Wali Rangat are the exclusive intellectual property of Enlargenet (Proprietor: Vineet Baveja). Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial misuse of brand assets is strictly prohibited.
Enlargenet shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling dining orders or event hosting commitments caused by events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure), including natural disasters, power grid failures, civic disruptions, government bans, or internet connectivity blackouts.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of these Terms or your visit to Dilli Wali Rangat shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurgaon / New Delhi, India.
